Regarding the check performed in this line, does it serve any purpose? We have already made sure of this when the second player made his move and thread token is helping in chaining stuff (some other datum, won't have our thread token*)
*Game relies on trusting that first player has indeed provided an NFT. Having unique NFT but serving wrong datum to begin with is also not in his favour as it won't have second player's stake.
