This is how I started docker run, but cardano-graphql_cardano-graphql_1 keeps restarting due to this error related with 1589369664961_init/up.sql.

It looks like you are restoring a db-sync 13 snapshot while your db-sync version is 12. For the moment there don't seem to be anymore snapshots for db-sync 12.

My guess is that if you remove the snapshot option and have it sync from scratch it will just work - but this will probably take a few days.

I wouldn't suggest using version 13 just yet since there are no compatible downstream components for this just yet. Maybe if you wait a few days for the official releases that would become an option.

  • That makes sense but when I let db-sync get sync via genesis it takes too much time. Byron era goes smooth but when it reaches to Shelly era it takes 1 day to move from epoch 287 to 288.

  • How much IOPS does your machine have? This slow syncing sounds like you need higher performing storage. For db-sync the requirement is at least 60.000 IOPS, but higher is better of course. If you have lower IOPS you'll see: - syncing be slow - falling behind the tip (even if you ever catch up) Aug 5, 2022 at 10:03
