How can I confirm that PAB server is connecting to testnet? I am running local cardano node with NETWORK=testnet but how do I know what PAB Server is connecting with and confirm this is working? Also do I need to expose any ports on docker for this to work? In particular can PAB create walletId's or do I need to do that using CLI?
I don't see anything within PAB Webserver API to create a walletId is that something that can be done via the API OR CLI?

In any event, I would like to know if the PAB is in fact connecting to testnet or mainnet and where this is set?
Whether a local cardano docker node should be running with PAB for it to work and if so what what settings to use for this?
