I'm working with querying Cardano onchain data using DbSync and finding that a multi asset quantity of say 10,000,000,000 Sundae tokens equates to 10,000 Sundae tokens as seen on the blockchain explorer. I noticed a similar thing with Minswap. But I also know that NFTs have a Qty of 1.
How does one know when to divide the value by a million and when not to? For example when doing analysis should I have a rule that I divide by 1m IF the qty is not 1?
